Campaign: Owning Own
Our most recent campaign, Owning Own, is a very specific operation against O.W.N. Alliance. Our objectives are of course secret, but that’s not the interesting part of this story.
Q and I were approached by a certain player who will go unnamed. He wanted Clown Punchers to go and harass O.W.N Alliance, and more specifically a corp called Demon Theory in an effort to ‘toughen these guys up’ in regards to PvP.
The money offered was substantial so we decided to take it. The player who approached us was a newb alt, but, interestingly enough, the player who payed the 75% up front was….drum roll please….a member of O.W.N Alliance.
I ordinarily wouldn’t divulge this information, but the son of a bitch reneged on some of the finer points of the contract and has taken it upon himself to insult myself and various members of BOZO personally without provocation. And I will say that this guy had better hold up his end of this deal or we will be releasing all information about this contract to the leaders of his alliance.
We started the campaign in earnest on the 28th of July and it is going swimmingly:

I’m very proud of our pilots. They’ve accepted this challenge with much verve and gusto. Truth be told, We would have taken this contract for a quarter of the money offered.
My impression of O.W.N alliance is that they really suck. They suck long…and they suck hard. They have absolutely no business being in 0.0. A bunch of yappy bitches to boot. I can understand why their own alliance mate would want them ‘toughened up’. They sure need it.

well, I’d hold your flattery if I we’re you Redrum. First, you really need to put your big girl pants on along with your thinking cap. Really think hard about the killboard ‘issue’ you seem to be stuck on, look closely at the kills your crying about. I seriously doubt your smart enough to figure it out yourself.
along with trying to toughen up your pilots who are willing to PvP, you might just learn how to read a killboard. The latter wasnt even mentioned in the contract so you can think of it as an added bonus.

Alliance .. that is a laughable term to use when referring to OWN. All their corps do their OWN thing. I am sitting on their vent right now looking at all the separate corporation channels. All doing their own OPs. It is win.

Simple fact of the matter is that you guys have been kicked all over your own home systems and on the 1 occasion in the past week when you have actually gotten organised enough to assemble a gang to try and engage us you failed completely! I mean you knew what we were in and how many there were, you assembled a fleet of BS’s and BC’s to take on a recon fleet, fitted it out to supposedly deal with us and then managed to get your entire gang destroyed without killing a single one of us, I dare you to suck more!

Ok Im thinking that maybe you have english as a second language, which if it is, I really cant fault you for that. That or your one of the many who slacked through the American public school system.
But lets look at the phrase for a moment, shall we? “Finer points” that means the details of the contract, not the money. Not sure what your high on, but Im thinking this is more of an attempt at trolling as a direct result of your frustrations with yourself and maybe even your alliance.
The funny part about this is we arent even mercenaries, this just fell in our lap.
